SFSP128 series hammer mill
The installation surface of the machine stand is machined by large NC equipment ih one time, which ensures the motor and the rotor installed on the same surface. The motor and the rotor are positioned by positioning blocks. Transmission is realized through the direct connection of the motor and the rotor by elastic pin coupling. The machine has the advantages of compact structure, good looking, easy assembly and adjustment.
With rotor calibrated by dynamic balance and main shaft fitted with high quality bearing and heavy-duty bearing seat, so the bearing seat, so the bearing has low temperature-increase, and the machine has low vibration and long working life.
The machine adopts a drop-shaped grinding chamber. Materials are charged from the top and discharged from the bottom. To destroy the circulation layer of materials, teeth-shaped striking plates are installed at two sides of inlet and secondary striking plates on the bottom. Therefore, production efficiency is high.
Wear-resisting hammers are installed on the rotor alternatingly and symmetrically. The rotor can rotate in positive and negative direction, which reduces hammer replacement frequency and extend hammer working life.
The machine adopts fast screen pressing and clamping mechanism for fast and convenient screen replacement, screen pressing is more reliable.
Operation door is equipped with a safety interlock device, ensuring that the motor can not start when the operation door is open.
There is a impurity material discharge port for the expelling of metal material in the mill.
The rotor is specially designed. And there are two kinds of gap between screen and hammer, one is for coarse grinding, the other is for fine grinding, which is suitable to produce both poultry/live stock feed and aquatic feed.
